Very nice and easy cake to impress your guests and your family. It takes 20 minutes. Offered as an aperitif for Christmas Eve, my guests were amazed. Even teenagers loved it...!
Ingredients:
2 leaks
100g of grated cheese (recommendation is gruyere but if you don't have I use parmesan)
200g of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
10cl of milk
10 cl of olive oil
2 big tablespoons of dill (sometimes I put more as I like the taste of dill)
200g of smoked salmon
3 eggs
salt and pepper
1 Cut the white part of the leeks into slices, fry them in a little olive oil until they are no longer crunchy.
2. In a salad bowl, mix the beaten eggs, milk, oil, dill, salt and pepper.
3. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder, stir well, then finish by adding the cheese and the leeks
4. Preheat the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.
5. Pour a little batter into a buttered cake mold, then some of the salmon.
6. Alternate the two, ending with the dough and sprinkle with cheese.
7. Bake for 40 minutes
Serve it on your Futuna tablecloth!
Bonne degustation!
