Indian Recipe for a Quick Shrimp Curry with Coconut Milk

A super quick and easy Indian cuisine recipe, shrimp curry with coconut milk. You can make this recipe with shrimp, but also with chicken or tofu for a vegetarian version.
Ingredients
200g raw prawns
150g peas
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic
A quarter of an inch of ginger
2 tomatoes
200ml coconut milk
2 tbsp. tablespoon Garam Masala (or curry)
1 small ed onion
Fresh cilantro
1. In a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil and fry the pressed garlic , the grated ginger and the minced half onion.
2. Add the Garam Massala, mixing well to prevent it from burning.
3. Grate the tomato to recover the pulp, add it to the pan and salt the preparation
4. Cook for 10 minutes then add the shelled prawns and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes before adding the coconut milk
5. When the prawns start to curl up, they are cooked and it's time to add the peas over very low heat, without boiling.
6. To finish, chop the coriander, slice the red onion and sprinkle over the hot dish.
