Apero time! Mushroom with Boursin and Persilade

It is 5 o'clock, time to sit, enjoy a good glass of wine with some tapas. Today's recipe is easy, quick and always a hit with my guests.

Ingredients:

A pack of Cremini Mushrooms (around 8 oz)

2/3 cup of finely chopped Italian flat leaf parsley

4 garlic gloves (finely minced) 

Boursin garlic and fine herb cheese (5.2oz)

Heat your over to 350 degrees, baking mode.

Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems.

In a bowl, mix the parsley, garlic and boursin cheese. Fill in your mushrooms.

Lay your stuffed mushroom on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Check on them as you want them to cook but not to dry out. 

Enjoy them hot or at room temperature using Lavender Blue Tapas Napkins and our Hors d'Oeuvre picks!
